本文为电子枪电极热膨胀量的精密测量提供了一种新方法——电接触法。通过大功率周期永磁聚焦耦合腔行波管电子枪及大功率速调管电子枪的研制实践证明,本方法简便直观、精确可靠。该方法在电子枪研制中推广应用,可以缩短周期、降低成本。大量实验表明、用本方法测量极间距离热膨胀量的重复测量误差小于0.01毫米(与极间距离无关)。国外对栅控枪热结构曾作过计算机分析,但未给出实用性的结果。本方法的提出,解决了栅控枪的关键之一——阴、栅极间距离热膨胀量的精密测量问题。
This article provides a new method for the precise measurement of the thermal expansion of the electron gun electrode - the electrical contact method. The practice of the high-power cyclical PM focusing coupled cavity TWA gun and high-power klystron gun proved that this method is simple, intuitive, accurate and reliable. The method is widely used in the development of electron gun, which can shorten the cycle and reduce the cost. A large number of experiments show that the method of measuring the amount of thermal expansion between the electrodes of the repeated measurement error is less than 0.01 mm (with no pole distance). Computer-controlled analysis of the thermal structure of grid-controlled guns has been done abroad, but no practical results have been given. The proposed method solves the problem of precise measurement of the thermal expansion between the cathode and the grid, which is one of the key points of the gated gun.
