改革开放以来,我国的经济建设取得了举世瞩目的辉煌成就,国际地位不断提升,辽宁省的经济也有了质的飞跃,发展形势一片大好。但是该地区依然存在着很多高消耗和高排放量的产业,在提高经济效益的同时,也带来了资源浪费和环境恶化等各方面的弊端。因此辽宁省应该发展好创意产业,真正实现经济发展与科学技术的紧密结合。鉴于目前创意产业人才管理模式的弊端,现本文就从人才招聘模式、经营模式和培养模式等三个方面入手,进行了简要的分析,以实现文化创意产业的快速发展,从而带动其他产业的生长,为国家的可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。

The economy of Liaoning Province has also made a qualitative leap forward. The development situation is excellent. However, there are still many industries with high consumption and high emissions in the region. While improving economic efficiency, they also bring disadvantages such as waste of resources and environmental degradation. Therefore, Liaoning Province should develop a good creative industry and truly realize the close combination of economic development and science and technology. In view of the drawbacks of the present talent management mode in creative industries, this article starts with three aspects of talent recruitment mode, business model and training mode, so as to realize the rapid development of cultural and creative industries and promote the growth of other industries , Laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the country.
