聚烯吡酮(PVP)在药剂研究与生产中应用日益广泛,对其需求量也日渐增大。但目前 PVP 仍靠国外进口原料分装与供应,其规格均为化学试剂标准。本文就如何将进口分装的化学试剂规格的PVP 进行必要的精制,并使其达到符合药用要求,特别是注射用附加剂的质量要求,进行了有关实验与探讨。研究结果表明,用适量药用活用炭吸附的精制方法,效果较好,简便易行。
Povidone (PVP) is widely used in the research and production of pharmaceuticals, and its demand is also increasing. However, PVP is still relying on foreign imports of raw materials, packaging and supply, the specifications are chemical reagents standards. In this paper, how to import the fractionated chemical specifications PVP necessary refining, and make it meet the pharmaceutical requirements, especially the quality requirements of the injection of additives, carried out the relevant experiments and discussions. The results show that the appropriate amount of medicinal activated carbon adsorption purification method, the effect is better, simple and easy.
