The national standard “Digital Usage of Publications” (hereafter referred to as “new” digital usage “”), released on July 29, 2011, came into effect on November 1, 2011, replacing the publication “ Provisions on the Use of Numbers ”(hereinafter referred to as“ original ”digital usage“ ”).
