随着运输机械化向重轨、大吨位、自动化控制、高速列车方向发展,对运输设备及设施的日常检查维修工作要求越来越高,而传统的三吨底卸式矿车的检查维修方法与运输的发展要求已越来越不适应。为此.加强运输设备及设施的日常检查和维修,及时更换和维修不合格的设备及部件,及时发现不安全隐患,消除故障,使运输设备及设施始终保持良好状态,是运输生产安全任务完成的基础和保证。针对三吨底卸式矿车日常检修存在问题及其改造作以下介绍。1 传统检修方式及存在问题(1)维修人员通常采用贴近道床观察矿车底盘、检查外表、听其声音等常规办法进行检查,若要做到逐辆矿车全面检查非常困难。(2)维修时采用千斤顶、起道器、手拉葫芦垫道木等简易起重设备悬吊固定的方法,悬吊固定三吨底卸式矿车,人员俯身或平躺在车盘下进行维修,安全间隙小,操作笨重不方便,视野差,维修时间长,安全隐患多。 With the development of transportation mechanization towards heavy rail, large tonnages, automatic control and high-speed trains, the daily inspection and maintenance work on transportation equipment and facilities is increasingly demanding.
