“五一”节前夕,一项调查结果显示:目前,河北省已经创建市级以上职工创新工作室1500多家,覆盖高技能人才近万人。近3年来,通过项目攻关、技术交流等活动,职工创新工作室共取得创新成果4300多项,解决生产技术难题6000多个,综合创效10多亿元。在国家科技部等15个部门联合举办的第四届海峡两岸职工技术创新成果展上,河北省获得金奖11项、银奖7项。职工创新工作室是以劳动模范、金牌工人、能工巧匠、高技能人才、技能领军人物姓名命名,带领团队立足基层,通过传播先进创新理念、科学管理(操作)方法、高超技术技能,由点带面服务企业、服务社会的组织。
On the eve of May Day, a survey showed that at present, Hebei Province has created more than 1,500 innovative workplaces for workers above the municipal level, covering nearly 10,000 highly skilled personnel.
