1、步骤:催芽前先把经过消毒浸泡的种子晾晾水,待湿度适宜时(揑之成团放之能碎)就可以进行催芽。按每三两烟种子备足空盐水瓶一个,然后备好盐水瓶与种子袋之间的隔温材料和保温设备。将盐水瓶装满温开水,并在种子袋中插入一支温度计,保持种子发芽过程中温度不超过28℃为宜。接着把盐水瓶横放在保温设备中,种子袋与瓶面之间用隔层隔好,种子袋上面用毛巾或塑料薄膜盖好进行保温。
