当前世界范围的竞争已从资本资源的竞争转变为人力资源的竞争,国内企业的人力资源成本管理在劳工环境的变迁下也面临着前所未有的挑战。企业应有效优化人力资源成本管理,建构一套系统化、科学化的管理指标体系,以便获取信息并做出科学决策。
The current worldwide competition has shifted from the competition of capital resources to the competition of human resources. The management of human resources costs of domestic enterprises also faces unprecedented challenges under the changes of the labor environment. Enterprises should effectively optimize the cost management of human resources, and construct a systematic and scientific management index system in order to obtain information and make scientific decisions.
