The scientific concept of development is a concept of development that is responsible for the world. The sustainability of development is, by its very nature, a worldwide problem. Humans have only one earth and one earth. Historically, the rise of many great powers has opened the way for their own country to acquire resources and expand markets through non-peaceful means (ie war).
