At present, the Earth’s photo taken by human detectors from outer space is rare because the sun’s rays can damage the sensor. However, in the days of July 2013, Saturn and Mercury occluded the light of the sun, providing an excellent opportunity for the detector to take pictures of the Earth. The two photos were taken on July 19, 2013 and the left is from the “Cassini” Saturn probe, which was about 1.5 billion km from Earth; the right is the Mercury Mercury Shot by the detector when it was about 98 million kilometers from Earth. In recent decades, the most famous of a series of Earth photos taken from space is “Dark Blue Dot.” February 14, 1990, “Traveler ” 1 probe flew 6 billion km from the Earth at a glance, leaving this eternal classic.
