前言我国池塘养鱼历史悠久,经验丰富,池塘单位面积产量达到世界先进水平。但因我国地域广阔,自然条件不一,养鱼生产的发展很不平衡,有的地区池塘养鱼产量很高,渔民有一整套先进技术措施和较完整的经营管理经验;有的地区产量还很低。因此,总结稳产高产地区的生产经验是当前养殖科学研究的一项重要工作。无锡市地处太湖之滨,附近水草、螺、蚬资源丰富,水源充沛,水质良好,池塘养鱼历来闻名全国。1957年以来,年年丰产,一千八百余亩池塘,平均亩净产量均在500斤以上。总结该地的养鱼经验对发展太湖流域养鱼生产有着普遍意义,同时亦可供其他地区参考。为此,无锡市郊区水产局、郊区河埒公社、上海水产学院等单位进行合作总结河埒公社渔业
