目的比较两种亚胺培南制剂俊特与泰能的体外抗菌活性,为临床药物选择提供依据。方法用微量肉汤稀释法测定两种制剂对125株4种常见革兰阴性杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),比较两者药敏试验结果。结果 30株产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)大肠埃希菌和20株阴沟肠杆菌对两药的敏感率均为100%;30株产ESBL肺炎克雷伯菌对两药的敏感率均为93.3%;45株铜绿假单胞菌对俊特的敏感率为66.7%,对泰能的敏感率为62.2%。对不同细菌的MIC,俊特与泰能具有很好的一致性。结论两种亚胺培南制剂俊特与泰能对肠杆菌科细菌体外均有较好的抗菌活性,对铜绿假单胞菌敏感性稍差;两者体外抗菌活性并无显著性差别。
Objective To compare the in vitro antibacterial activity of Junteng and Tainun with two imipenem preparations and provide the basis for clinical drug selection. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of two preparations against 125 strains of 4 common Gram-negative bacilli were determined by the broth microdilution method. The susceptibility test results of the two preparations were compared. Results The sensitivity of 30 ESBL-producing Escherichia coli and 20 strains of Enterobacter cloacae to both drugs was 100%. Thirty ESBL-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae were sensitive to the two drugs The rates were 93.3%. The sensitivity of 45 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to Juntet was 66.7% and that of Taeni was 62.2%. MIC for different bacteria, Juntet and Thailand can have very good consistency. Conclusions Both imipenem formulations Juntet and Taineng have good antibacterial activities against Enterobacteriaceae in vitro and are less sensitive to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. There is no significant difference in antibacterial activity between the two.
