目的探讨经后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺疾病的临床疗效。方法对2009年10月—2011年1月收治的肾上腺肿瘤患者15例进行后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组全部患者手术均获成功。术中出血量20～120ml,平均65ml。手术时间40～150min,平均90min。本组全部患者均未出现肾上腺危象、切口感染等并发症。门诊随诊,所有患者临床症状和体征均恢复正常,未发现肿瘤复发和转移。结论后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术是一种具有微创、安全和有效治疗肾上腺肿瘤的手术方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal diseases. Methods The clinical data of 15 cases underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy for patients with adrenal tumors admitted from October 2009 to January 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients in this group had successful operation. Intraoperative bleeding 20 ~ 120ml, an average of 65ml. Surgery time 40 ~ 150min, an average of 90min. All patients in this group did not appear adrenal crisis, incision infection and other complications. Out-patient clinic, all patients with clinical symptoms and signs returned to normal, no recurrence and metastasis were found. Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy is a surgical method with minimally invasive, safe and effective treatment of adrenal tumors.
