最近,中共中央发出通知,要求全党深入学习邓小平理论,把全党的理论学习提高到新水平。在纪念党的十一届三中全会召开20周年的前夕,党中央再一次发出这样的号召,具有重大的历史和现实意义。当前,贯彻落实《通知》的要求,掀起学习邓小平理论的新高潮,关键要在“深入”两个字上下功夫。但是,怎样才能深入?从广西的实际情况看,应该努力实现“四个结合”,在结合中深入,在结合中提高。
