目的探讨剖宫产术后的远期并发症及其对临床的影响。方法对近6年长江大学附属第一医院所有剖宫产术后远期并发症患者的临床病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果 (1)远期并发症:剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠、凶险性前置胎盘、腹壁子宫内膜异位症及瘢痕子宫破裂等发生率逐年升高;(2)瘢痕子宫产后大出血的发生率明显高于非瘢痕子宫二胎分娩;(3)瘢痕子宫分娩行子宫切除术的发生率明显高于非瘢痕子宫二胎分娩。结论剖宫产术的远期并发症会对母体造成不同程度的损害,应尽可能做好相应的防范措施。
Objective To investigate the long-term complications after cesarean section and its clinical impact. Methods The clinical records of all patients with long-term complications after cesarean section in the First Affiliated Hospital of Yangtze University in recent 6 years were retrospectively analyzed. Results (1) Long-term complications: the incidence of cesarean section scar pregnancy, risky placenta previa, abdominal wall endometriosis and scarring uterine rupture increased year by year; (2) the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage scar Was significantly higher than non-scarring uterine second childbirth; (3) scarring uterine delivery line hysterectomy incidence was significantly higher than non-scarring uterine second childbirth. Conclusion The long-term complications of cesarean section will cause different degrees of damage to the mother, should be done as much as possible to prevent the disease.
