为了用火炬松生产箱纸板浆,探讨了火炬松的树龄和材性与制浆得率及成纸性能的关系。选择树龄为13年和22年、密度及木素含量不同的火炬松,采用化学分析、近红外光谱分析、SilviScan分析等方法对木材纤维特性进行表征。对两种树龄木材进行硫酸盐法制浆并检测其成纸性能,采用多重回归分析确定影响纸张性能的主要木材特性,并推导出纸张性能与树龄、木材相对密度和化学成分之间的相关关系。实验结果表明,树龄13年和22年的木材成浆性能的主要差异是由木材基本特性差异造成的。从木材的近红外光谱分析可预测纸浆的性能,并能预估其成纸的主要性能。
In order to produce boxboard pulp with loblolly pine, the relationship between the age and material properties of loblolly pine and pulp yield and paper properties was discussed. The 13-year-old and 22-year-old loblolly pine species with different density and lignin content were selected to study the characteristics of wood fiber by chemical analysis, near infrared spectroscopy and SilviScan analysis. Kraft pulping was conducted on two tree-age timber and its paper-forming property was tested. Multiple regression analysis was used to determine the main wood properties that affect paper performance. The correlation between paper properties and tree age, wood relative density and chemical composition . The experimental results show that the main difference between the wood pulp properties of 13 years and 22 years is the difference of basic wood properties. Near infrared spectroscopy analysis of wood can predict the performance of pulp and can predict its main properties into paper.
