树突状细胞(DC)是一类职业性的抗原呈递细胞(APC),与肿瘤免疫、移植免疫、免疫缺陷疾病关系密切。本文介绍了DC起源和分类、人血DC辅助分子、DC与细胞因子三方面的研究进展。

Dendritic cells (DCs) are a class of occupational antigen-presenting cells (APC) that are closely related to tumor immunity, immune and immunodeficiency diseases. This article describes the research progress of DC origin and classification, human blood DC helper molecules, DC and cytokines.
