本文介紹我厂在臥式銑床上加工漸开线凸輪用的一种装置,并与另外一种装置作些比較。第一种装置如图1所示,为加工8吨載重汽車制动凸輪(图2)用。工件9夹紧在卡盘7上,来自工作台絲杠的旋轉运动經过挂輪至齿輪4,再經傳动軸5、蝸杆、蝸輪、分度机构6而至卡盘7。工件在繞蝸輪軸轉动的同时,还随工作台移动。这两种复合运动的結果,就使銑刀在工件上切出精确的漸开綫輪廓。
This article describes a factory in the horizontal milling machine processing involute cam with a device, and with some other device for some comparison. The first device shown in Figure 1, for processing 8-ton truck brake cam (Figure 2) used. The workpiece 9 is clamped on the chuck 7, and the rotational movement from the table screw passes through the hanging wheel to the gear 4, and then to the chuck 7 via the transmission shaft 5, the worm, the worm wheel and the indexing mechanism 6. Workpiece around the worm shaft rotation, but also with the table to move. As a result of these two compound motions, the cutter cuts a precise involute profile on the workpiece.
