目的 评估青光眼患者使用降眼压滴眼液后眼表损伤情况.方法 选取2018年6月～2020年6月期间本院眼科收治的66例青光眼患者作为研究对象,随机分为分析组、对照组,各33例,分析组采用降眼压滴眼液治疗,对照组采用左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗,分析两组青光眼患者眼表损伤情况.结果 两组青光眼患者治疗后眼压变化无统计学意义(P ＞ 0.05),分析组青光眼患者治疗后泪膜破裂时间比对照组短(P ＜ 0.05).结论 青光眼患者使用一段时间降眼压滴眼液后,泪膜不稳定,存在药物性眼表损伤风险.“,”Objective To evaluate the ocular surface damage of glaucoma patients after using eye drops for lowering intraocular pressure. Methods Sixtysix patients with glaucoma admitted to the ophthalmology department of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were randomLy divided into an analysis group and a control group, with 33 cases in each group. The analysis group was treated with eye drops for reducing intraocular pressure. The group was treated with levofloxacin eye drops, and the ocular surface damage of the two groups of glaucoma patients was analyzed. Results The changes in intraocular pressure of the two groups of glaucoma patients after treatment were not statistically significant (P＞0.05). The tear film rupture time of the glaucoma patients in the analysis group after treatment was shorter than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion After glaucoma patients use eye drops for lowering intraocular pressure for a period of time, the tear film is unstable and there is a risk of drug-induced ocular surface damage.
