在经济全球化条件下,国际竞争实质上就是优势产业的竞争,拥有一流的产业就拥有一流的国际竞争力。加入WTO 之后,我国要在国际经济中占有一席之地,就必须把优势产业的培育摆到更加突出的位置。
Under the conditions of economic globalization, international competition is essentially the competition of the dominant industries. Having the first-class industries has first-class international competitiveness. After China’s accession to the WTO, China must occupy a place in the international economy and put the cultivation of advantageous industries in a more prominent position.
