Higher vocational colleges play an irreplaceable role in the construction of a harmonious society with its explicit objectives of personnel training and distinct features of running a school. The harmonious development of higher vocational colleges is a systematic and continuous project. We must consider all aspects of work under the guidance of the scientific concept of development.
