高压汽轮机汽缸的材料,都采用20CrMo 或15-Cr1Mo1V 耐高温、高韧性合金钢.在加工汽缸中分面的孔时,钻头要承受很大的切削力,若钻头的几何参数和切削用量选择不当,不但钻削效率低,而且会损坏钻头。我们积累了多年来现场服务及实际钻削的经验,摸索出一套合理的钻头几何参数和切削用量来钻削合金钢材料,效果很好.现将具体数据及优点简单介绍如下,供同行们参考(见附图)。几何参数及切削用量切削材料:20CrMo;转速:n=250rpm;进给量:0.56mm/r;钻头直径:φ40~45mm:顶角:130°横刃:1.5mm;切削刃双重后角:α=2~3°,α_1=15~20°,主要优点(1)顶角由标准麻花钻的118°改成130°后,主切削刃缩短,使切屑增厚、易于断屑。
