目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌中E-钙黏附蛋白(Ecadherin)的表达及其相关因素。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测30例良性乳腺组织及450例乳腺浸润性导管癌病理组织切片中E-cadherin的表达情况,采用χ2检验及Logistic回归分析影响E-cadherin表达的影响因素及临床意义。结果 30例纤维腺瘤中E-cadherin均呈高表达,E-cadherin在157例无转移的癌组织中有77例高表达,高表达率为49.04%(77/157),293例有转移的癌组织中87例高表达,高表达率为29.69%(87/293),两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.53,P=0.001),E-cadherin免疫组化染色高表达和低表达在年龄、淋巴结是否转移、肿块大小、ER表达、分子分型及肿瘤组织学分级中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在肿瘤分期、是否绝经、Cerb B-2及Ki-67表达情况中差异无统计学意义,Logistic回归分析提示:淋巴结是否转移、肿块大小、ER表达、分子分型及肿瘤细胞组织学分级是影响E-cadherin表达的影响因素。结论 E-cadherin表达与淋巴结是否转移、ER表达、分子分型及肿瘤组织学分级相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of E-cadherin (Ecadherin) in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and its related factors. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin in 30 cases of benign breast tissue and 450 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. The influencing factors and clinical significance of E-cadherin expression were analyzed byχ2 test and logistic regression analysis. Results E-cadherin was highly expressed in 30 cases of fibroadenoma. E-cadherin was highly expressed in 77 cases of 157 cases without metastasis, the high expression rate was 49.04% (77/157), 293 cases had metastasis 87 cases were highly expressed in cancer tissues, the high expression rate was 29.69% (87/293). There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 16.53, P = 0.001). The expression of E-cadherin immunohistochemical staining was low in There were significant differences in age, lymph node metastasis, tumor size, ER expression, molecular classification and tumor histological grade (P <0.05), while in the stage of the tumor, whether it was menopause, Cerb B-2 and Ki-67 There was no significant difference between the two groups. Logistic regression analysis showed that lymph node metastasis, tumor size, ER expression, molecular typing and tumor cell histological grade were the influencing factors of E-cadherin expression. Conclusion The expression of E-cadherin is correlated with lymph node metastasis, ER expression, molecular typing and tumor histological grade.
