案号一审:(2007)农七行终字第00001号【案情】上诉人(原审原告):慕红江。被上诉人(原审被告):农七师劳动和社会保障局。2005年10月19日晚8时许,慕红江之妻张丽(128团牛场统计兼出纳)与牛场厂长张峰均驾驶两轮摩托车去牛场值班。当自西向东行驶至农七师前高公路128团3公里路段时,张峰驾驶两轮摩托撞上同向前方行驶的张丽无驾驶证
