目的检测儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)患者血清中同型半胱氨酸(HCY)与CD62E的水平,探讨其与HSP发病机制的关系。方法检测40例儿童HSP患者(根据是否伴有肾脏损害分为A组和B组)与31例健康对照者(C组)外周血清HCY与CD62E水平,并进行统计学分析。HCY的检测采用循环酶法,CD62E的检测采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法。结果 A,B,C组外周血清HCY水平分别为(4.39±1.35),(3.58±1.23)和(3.43±1.37)μmol/L;CD62E的水平分别为(14.59±4.52),(12.34±3.48)和(10.37±3.16)ng/mL。HSP患者血清HCY与CD62E水平均较健康对照者为高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),伴有肾脏损害的HSP患者与健康对照者相比,外周血清HCY与CD62E差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论儿童HSP患者血清中HCY和CD62E异常表达可能通过血管内皮的损伤参与了HSP的发生机制。
Objective To detect the levels of serum homocysteine (HCY) and CD62E in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) and to explore its relationship with the pathogenesis of HSP. Methods The serum levels of HCY and CD62E in peripheral blood of 40 children with HSP (divided into groups A and B according to their renal impairment) and 31 healthy controls (group C) were measured and statistically analyzed. HCY detection by circulating enzyme method, CD62E detection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method. Results The levels of HCY in peripheral blood of A, B and C groups were (4.39 ± 1.35), (3.58 ± 1.23) and (3.43 ± 1.37) μmol / L respectively, and those of CD62E were (14.59 ± 4.52) and (12.34 ± 3.48) And (10.37 ± 3.16) ng / mL, respectively. The levels of serum HCY and CD62E in HSP patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (all P <0.05), and the difference between HCY and CD62E in peripheral blood was statistically significant in HSP patients with kidney damage as compared with healthy controls Significance (P <0.01). Conclusion The abnormal expression of HCY and CD62E in the serum of children with HSP may be involved in the pathogenesis of HSP through the injury of vascular endothelium.
