如何做好新形势下的职工培训工作,应对煤企所面临的专业技术人员严重不足的窘况呢?我认为应重视以下十个方面的问题。一是必须确立职工培训工作在企业中的位置,加强组织领导, 营造良好的环境和机制。煤炭企业应设立专门机构,结合实际,编制职工培训长远规划,充实并发挥二级单位的培训职能和作用, 逐步完善职工培训的档案资料管理,重视拔尖人才的培养,有计划、有步骤、有重点、有目的地实施职工培训工作。
