本文以建筑类高校的会计学专业本科人才培养为研究对象,将建筑类高校的人才培养环境与建筑行业对会计人才的需求紧密结合,分析建筑行业特色的会计人才需求与培养间存在的差异,以沈阳建筑大学为例,设计课程体系,构建符合建筑特色的会计人才培养方案,并通过对近五年培养效果的分析,提出改进建筑特色会计学本科人才培养的措施。
In this paper, the cultivation of undergraduate students majoring in accounting in architecture universities is taken as the research object. By closely integrating the personnel training environment in construction universities and the demand for accounting talents in the construction industry, the paper analyzes the differences between the demand and training of accounting talents in the construction industry, Taking Shenyang Jianzhu University as an example, this paper designs a curriculum system and constructs an accountant training program that is in line with the architectural features. Through the analysis of the training effects in the past five years, it puts forward some measures to improve undergraduate training in architectural specialty accounting.
