目前,脑血管疾病的发病率有明显上升的趋势,特别是缺血性脑血管病占脑血管疾病的70%~80%,目前介入技术是一项新发展起来防治缺血性脑血管疾病的方法;TCD一般通过应用超声多普勒效应来实现对缺血性脑血管病患者颅内脑底主要动脉的血流动力学及血流生理参数的有效检测,属于无创性脑血管疾病检查技术.通过TCD监测了解介入治疗前后血管流速的变化,是介入治疗术后首选筛查方法. “,”At present,the incidence of cerebrovascular disease rate significantlyrising trend,especially in ischemic cerebrovascular disease cerebrovascular diseaseaccounted for 70%~80%,the intervention is a new technique developed inprevention and treatment of ischemic cerebrovasculardisease method; effectivedeteetion of TCD in general through the application of ultrasonic Doppler effect to achieve the hemodynarnics and blood physiological parameters the main artery ofpatients with intracranial cerebral bottom,which belongs to non-invasivecerebrovascular disease inspection technology.
