建设·雅马哈JYM90(风帆)坐式摩托车,在使用电启动时,超越离合器在工作中常常发出异常响声,这种情况通常是摩托车已行驶完磨合期才会出现。在使用电启动时,超越离合器总是要先连续地发出“咔、咔”的异响之后,发动机才能着火。这种故障在冷车启动时最为明显和严重,热车后再使用电启动时响声则减轻或消失。通过对多例这种故障的检查确认,电启动超越离合器的本体、启动齿轮、滚柱、顶销均完好,只发现顶销弹簧的自由长度缩短或严重并圈失效的现象,确认异常响

Through the inspection of many kinds of such faults, it is confirmed that the electric starter goes beyond the body of the clutch, the start gear, the roller and the ejector pins are intact, and only the free length of the ejector pin springs is shortened or seriously failed.
