以三种不同挤压比下的合金为研究对象,采用拉伸、硬度、金相及SEM等手段研究了固溶温度对合金性能的影响。结果表明:随挤压比增大,与合金匹配的固溶温度下降幅度很大。挤压比为8的合金固溶温度为490℃;挤压比为32的合金固溶温度为460℃;挤压比为60的合金固溶温度为435℃。在各自匹配的固溶温度下,挤压比为8的合金与挤压比为32的合金力学性能相近,而挤压比为60的合金力学性能相对较差。
The effects of solution temperature on the properties of the alloys were studied by means of tensile test, hardness test, metallography test and SEM test. The results show that with the increase of the extrusion ratio, the temperature of the solution alloy which is matched with the alloy decreases greatly. The solution temperature of the alloy with the extrusion ratio of 8 was 490 ° C; the solution temperature of the alloy with the extrusion ratio of 32 was 460 ° C; and the solution temperature of the alloy with the extrusion ratio of 60 was 435 ° C. The alloy with the extrusion ratio of 8 and the alloy with the extrusion ratio of 32 have similar mechanical properties at the respective solution temperature, while the alloy with the extrusion ratio of 60 is relatively poor in mechanical properties.
