目前维生素D中毒已较常见,但导致长达数年之久的蛋白尿的报告属罕见,现报告1例。 患儿 男,8岁,于生后两个月因多汗,易惊等表现就医,诊为“低钙血症”给予维生素D_220～30万U注射/月1次,共注射5次,总量为130万U。其后以口服维生素D维持治疗至1岁半,总用量达211万U。患儿因尿频,尿液混浊来就诊。来诊时仍在服用维生素D。查体:发育正常,轻度方颅,无鸡胸,未触及串珠肋。心肺检查无异常发现。腱反射无亢进。
