改革是新与旧的交锋，历时愈久而论断弥坚，譬如“实事求是”，譬如“发展才是硬道理”等等凝聚了无数思想与实践上的冲突碰撞与突破，最终被载入史册。而发展越快，矛盾越甚，越需要听到青年一代具有创新精神的声音，在我们身边的事业中发现开拓精神的内涵。为了汇聚和放大这种声音，共青团中央、全国青朕、中国科学院、中国社会科学院在原有的“中国青年创新论坛” 的基础上，共同主办了“中国青年创新论坛·中关村论坛”，专门针对科技界、企业界、金融界、法律界等领域的青年人才，固定於每月第三周的周五晚上在北京友谊宾馆举行国内外著名专家学者、政府官员和企业界人土等作主题演讲，提供前瞻性、综合性的思想交流、创新的舞台，成为“中国青年创新论坛”的重要组成部分。 新近举行的“信息化带动产业化论坛”，首次吸引了中央电视台以“四讯道”的全角度全程转播，对一项政策做了最深入浅出的阐释。在此，本刊撷英以飨读者。
The reform is the confrontation between the new and the old. The longer it lasts, the more assertions are made. For example, “seeking truth from facts”, such as “development is the last word,” and so on, bring together numerous conflicts and breakthroughs in numerous ideological and practical issues and are eventually recorded in the annals of history. The faster the development and the more contradictory it is, the more we need to hear the innovative voice of the younger generation. The pioneering spirit is found in the careers around us. In order to bring together and amplify this voice, the Central Youth League, the National Green Grass, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences co-sponsored the “China Youth Innovation Forum · Zhongguancun Forum” on the basis of the original “China Youth Innovation Forum”, focusing on science and technology Industry, the financial sector, the legal profession and other fields, and held keynote speeches at the Friendship Hotel in Beijing at the Beijing Friendship Hotel on the evening of the third week of the third lunar month held by renowned experts, scholars, government officials and business people. To provide a forward-looking, comprehensive exchange of ideas and innovations has become an important part of the “China Youth Innovation Forum.” The recently held Forum on Informatization Driven Industrialization has for the first time attracted China Central Television (CCTV) to broadcast the full angle of “four channels” and explained a policy in the most simple terms.
