Henan Province is one of the high-risk areas for malignant tumors in the country. In order to study the epidemiological patterns of malignant tumors and provide scientific basis for etiology and prevention research, we based on the review of malignant tumor deaths in the province from 1974 to 1976, Fifteen sample counties and cities with a population of 1/10 in the province have established a resident death registration report system and a computer processing system. This article describes the death of malignant tumors in our province in the 1970s and 1980s.
