提出了一种基于虚拟样机技术的可展天线展开过程分析仿真方法。利用参数化建模技术建立各零部件的参数化模型;利用有限元分析软件通过模态分析来完成各个零部件的柔性体模型;利用系统动力学分析平台ADAMS将各零部件的模型组装成系统模型;然后将自制的摩擦学行为仿真程序或其他学科行为仿真程序嵌入系统模型中,实现可展天线的虚拟样机建模和展开过程的性能分析与仿真。给出的开发步骤和实例验证了该方法的可行性。
A simulation analysis of deployable antenna deployment process based on virtual prototype technology is proposed. The parametric model of each component is established by using parametric modeling technology. The flexible body model of each component is completed by modal analysis using finite element analysis software. The model of each component is assembled into a system by the system dynamic analysis platform ADAMS Then, a self-made tribological behavior simulation program or other disciplinary behavior simulation program is embedded in the system model to realize the performance analysis and simulation of the developable virtual prototype modeling and deployment process. The given development steps and examples verify the feasibility of this method.
