气管灌注博莱霉素建立肺间质纤维化大鼠模型 ,次日或第 1 5 d灌胃给中药抗纤 号、 号。给药第 1 4d、2 8d处死 ,采用 Lowry法和 MDA- TBA比色法 ,用日本岛津 UV- 1 2 0 - 0 2型分光光度计测定模型大鼠肺组织羟脯氨酸、胶原蛋白含量以及对动物体重、存活率、肺组织病理学的影响。给药第 2 8d测定结果表明 ,中药抗纤 号、 号组动物肺胶原蛋白含量比给药第 1 4d时分别降低了 36 .2 0 %和 2 5 .6 0 % ,羟脯氨酸降低了 2 4.90 %和 70 .2 0 %。肺组织病理学检查 ,炎性细胞、纤维化程度明显降低。提示中药抗纤 号、 号具有预防和治疗肺间质纤维化的作用 ,且使用方便、价格便宜、无毒副作用、安全可靠。
