：
随着我国土地产权制度的建设和不断完善,铁路、公路等线路用地的土地登记工作越来越多,而线路用地不同于常规的土地登记,探讨此类用地的土地登记实践,具有重要的现实意义。本文以金温铁路为例,在对铁路用地具有连续性、整体性及地籍调查界址数据形式多样等特点分析的基础上,应用GIS,通过面向对象的编程实现界址点数据精确上图,建立登记发证的图形数据库,并应用其制图功能和丰富的空间分析与统计分析功能,制定出金华-温
