由于履带式拖拉机、掘上机和其它农机中的通用零件的耐磨性差,往往缩短了拖拉机等的使用期限,增加了机组的停顿时间,并且要求大量的备件。众所周知,目前用来制造拖拉机和坦克履带的材料主要是Mn13高锰钢。为了提高拖拉机中受磨料磨损的零件的使用寿命,对不同的钢种进行了磨损试验。磨损试验是在试验室条件下进行的,并且在T-100、T-100M和T-130型拖拉机的主要履带部件上进行了长期的使用试验并测定磨损。下表列举了各种钢种的含碳量、硬度值和相对耐磨性(以30号钢的磨损作为1)的比较。
Due to the poor wear resistance of crawler tractors, jacking machines and other common parts of agricultural machinery, tractors and the like are often shortened in their service life, the unit’s quiescence is increased, and a large number of spare parts are required. It is well known that the materials currently used to make tractors and tank tracks are primarily Mn13 high manganese steel. In order to improve the service life of the parts worn by abrasives in the tractor, different types of steel were tested for wear. The wear test was carried out under laboratory conditions and a long-term use test was carried out on the main track components of the T-100, T-100M and T-130 tractors and the wear was measured. The table below gives a comparison of the carbon content, hardness value and relative wear resistance of various steels (wear of No. 30 steel as 1).
