我科自1996年至2000年共收治左半结肠癌并急性梗阻者21例,其中18例行Ⅰ期肠切除、肠吻合术,另3例因肿瘤广泛转移,病变结肠固定无法切除而行近端结肠双腔造瘘。现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组病例均经手术及病理学检查确诊。男性12例,女性9例,年龄38～62岁,平均年龄50岁。全组病例均有典型消化道低位梗阻症状、体征和影像学表现,有不同程度脱水、酸中毒、电解质紊
In our department, from 1996 to 2000, 21 cases of left colon cancer and acute obstruction were treated. Among them, 18 cases underwent stage I bowel resection and intestinal anastomosis. The other 3 cases were due to extensive metastasis of the tumor. Colonic double cavity ostomy. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information: This group of patients were confirmed by surgery and pathological examination. There were 12 males and 9 females, aged 38-62 years and mean age 50 years. The whole group of patients had typical obstructive symptoms, signs, and radiographic appearances of low digestive tract, with varying degrees of dehydration, acidosis, and electrolyte imbalance.
