日本人设计的立式往复式真空泵采用较小的相对余隙容积(a=0.015~0.025),不采用平衡道;我国温州工业泵厂研制生产的WL型泵采用了平衡通道,但取了较大的相对余隙容积(a=0.07)。本文从理论上分析了上述二种方法对往复式真空泵真空度的影响,并提出了既开平衡通道、又尽可能减小余隙容积来提高真空度的设计方法,经对所设计的LVP型泵的测试,真空度为1306Pa,达到国内外先进水平
