It is generally accepted that Sister Chromatid Exchanges (SCE) is an indicator of chromosomal damage and repair. This method has been widely used to study DNA repair syndrome, cell kinetics and detection of mutagenic carcinogens. This article only shows the method of SCE in toxicology research, a brief description. I.
