选取我院84例初治涂阳肺结核患者为观察对象,并随机将其平均分为治疗组和对照组各42例,比较两组不良反应发生率,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗初治涂阳肺结核的临床上板式组合抗结核药物具有显著效果,其对患者临床症状及生活质量具有显著效果。
Eighty-four patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital were selected as observation subjects and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups, with no statistical significance (P> 0.05). In the treatment of newly diagnosed smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis clinical plate combination anti-tuberculosis drugs have a significant effect on patients with clinical symptoms and quality of life have a significant effect.
