海尔先行者系列彩电是比较高档的画中画(PIP)多功能大屏幕彩电,整机电路组成比较复杂,其中画中画电路的资料更是少见。本文以海尔 692-733AAL-1彩电画中画电路(见图1)为例,介绍其原理与信号流程。 1.子画面中频/视频/色度/偏转小信号处理电路 该电路由TDA8310(IC803)及外围Q801~Q807、子画面中频信号声表面波滤波器等组成。从TUNER2副高频调谐器送来的中频信号,经声表面滤波器SA801(OFWK6263K)选频后,从SA801④、⑤脚输出,送到IC803(TDA8310)的(33)、(34)脚,经IC内部中频放大和视频检波后,从IC803(22)脚输出,经Q802(2SC1815)射随缓冲放大后,输入IC803的20脚。

In this paper, Haier 692-733AAL-1 color TV PIP circuit (see Figure 1), for example, describes the principle and signal flow. 1. Sub-picture IF / video / chrominance / deflection small signal processing circuit The circuit consists of TDA8310 (IC803) and the external Q801 ~ Q807, sub-screen IF signal SAW filter and so on. IF signal sent from TUNER2 sub-tuner is selected by SA801 (OFWK6263K) and output from SA801 ④ and ⑤ pin to (33) and (34) of IC803 (TDA8310) IC internal IF amplification and video detection, the output from the IC803 (22) feet, Q802 (2SC1815) with the radio buffer amplification, the input IC803 20 feet.
