试验对天津塘沽国家粮食储备库15号仓进行地源热泵及隔热优化低温节能改造,以采用传统机械通风制冷技术的普通高大平房仓18号仓作为对照仓,研究高大平房仓的综合改造技术对玉米品质的调控作用。结果表明,改造仓(15号仓)全年的粮食平均温度为13.5℃,最高温度23.1℃,达到了准低温储粮水平;改造仓水分损耗小于对照仓;改造仓游离脂肪酸、总酸的含量及脂肪氧化酶(LOX)的活性均低于对照仓。高大平房仓的改造具有显著的控温储粮效果。
