采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等方法,对体育专业学生多元化培养的校际联动影响因素进行分析探讨。研究认为:校际联动的“政策支持”、“平台构建”以及“经费和发展机会的满足”是前提基础因素;“合作与竞争”和“利益诉求”是内在动力因素;“运行机制”是关键因素;“教育行政的制度推进”是导向因素;“针对体育专业学生的文化偏见”是需要克服的观念障碍因素。
By means of literature review, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the inter-school linkage of diversified physical education students. According to the research, “policy support”, “platform construction” and “satisfaction of development funds and development opportunities” are the basic prerequisites for inter-school linkage; “cooperation and competition” and “interest demands” Is the internal driving force; “operating mechanism ” is the key factor; “the system of education administration ” is the guiding factor; “cultural bias for the students of physical education ” is the ideological obstacle to be overcome.
