志愿者的微笑,是城市的金名片。说起志愿者,很多人都知道,也可能竖大拇指,但真正做起来,往往又不知从何着手,很容易把志愿服务和日常生活割裂开来,把志愿者和一般市民区别开来。少了主动和有效的融合与协调,志愿服务就可能成了一项工作,成了一种形式,少了内在动力,或阳春白雪,曲高和寡,或下里巴人,无人问津。从不同角度观察,志愿服务其实更是一项值得所有人终身从事的事业,实际推进中不能简单化,运动化,更不能功利化。当前,志愿服务事业仍处
