多原发结直肠癌(MPCC)是指一个个体发生两个及以上的原发性结直肠癌。按发生时间分为同时性多原发结直肠癌(SC)和异时性多原发结直肠癌(MC)。临床发病率各报道不一。因其自身特点临床上容易发生误诊及漏诊。在临床诊治水平不断提高同时,应进一步加深对该病的认识。
