铂类化合物是当今用于临床治疗癌症的主要药物，其中顺铂是世界上三大广泛用于治疗癌症的药物之一．综述近１０年来铂类化合物的合成设计的研究进展．

Platinum compounds are the main drugs currently used in the clinical treatment of cancer, of which cisplatin is one of the three most widely used drugs for the treatment of cancer in the world. The research progress in synthesis design of platinum compounds in recent 10 years is reviewed.
