在砖混结构多层住宅楼、办公楼中,楼面沿预应力空心板板缝开裂是一种常见的质量通病。通过对多项工程的实践和分析,我认为造成这种开裂的主要原因有以下几个方面。1.板缝混凝土干缩引起的开裂干缩是混凝土的基本性能,而由于板缝狭窄,有时为了便于施工,加大了混凝土的水灰比,板缝混凝土在干缩过程中必然产生较大的收缩变形,导致板缝开裂。
In brick-concrete multi-storey residential buildings and office buildings, cracking of floor joints along pre-stressed hollow slabs is a common quality problem. Through the practice and analysis of multiple projects, I believe that the main reasons for this cracking are the following aspects. 1. Crack shrinkage caused by shrinkage of concrete in slab seams is the basic property of concrete. Due to narrow slab seams, the water-cement ratio of concrete is sometimes increased to facilitate construction, and slab joint concrete will inevitably produce greater shrinkage during the shrinkage process. The shrinkage deformation causes cracks in the board seams.
