某水泥厂常常因链节断裂而被迫停产,严重时新链节使用数小时就断裂;一般情况下一周左右链节也会断裂一次。如此频繁的停产,给水泥生产造成了巨大的经济损失。一链节服役条件由链节构成的链条,总长为30m左右,其作用是输送从篦子板缝中落下的水泥熟料,链条运行速度约为12m/min,服役温度为200℃左右。链节外形图见图1。
A cement factory is often forced to stop production due to breakage of the chain links. In severe cases, the new chain links break down within a few hours. In most cases, the chain links will break once a week or so. Such frequent discontinuation has caused tremendous economic losses to cement production. A link chain service conditions chain composed of chain, a total length of about 30m, its role is to transport the cement clinker falling from the grate plate joints, the chain speed of about 12m / min, service temperature is about 200 ℃.
