一、中国企业兼并的发展现状 企业间的收购与兼并行为在市场经济比较成熟的西方国家,是司空见惯的现象,安它对各国经济的发展有着极其重要的作用,可以说,在西方国家,每一次大的兼并过去一直被视作资本主义国家“大鱼吃小鱼”、“弱肉强食”的残酷行为和社会经济弊病。随着中国改革开放的进珞程,优胜劣汰作为市场经济的基本法则的作用且益显见。“收购”、“兼并”这些调整汇也逐渐被人们所承认和接受。
